Hello!

On Friday, the year 6’s went to Westland High School for Orientation day. To look around the school and see what it’s like.

[7I also got to see all my friends who used to go to Kaniere School.

We did science, cooking, art, drama, and PE. My favorite was PE because it wasn’t schoolwork.

Then at lunch I played rugby with my older friends for a bit, then we had to go back to the main room, and then I went home at 2:30

Also got to see who was in my class next year, I had Max A, Max M, Kobe and some other people

What’s your favorite subject at High School?

Hi…

This term, we have been doing a big piece of writing. But it’s on paper, It’s called “The Boy with his book”

Here is the first bit.

It was a bright sunny day, sitting under a bright tree with orange leaves, falling off little by little, there weren’t many leaves left at all.

Under the tree was a little boy was facing the lake he loves swimming in!

His lake he loves is clear because its coming from a river nearby, he was sitting under the tree because he liked the smell of the oak wood.
