This week my reading group read about lost animals in New Zealand. I did a Summery about the lost Moose in Fiordland. We have been learning by Summarising a text to make it easy to remember. I like to put all of the words on the page into a small amount of words. Like 15 or lower.
Today my class was practising summarising text and it was about eels, before we did all of what I did yesterday the teacher told us how to do it and the start of today we did the paragraph 2 with everyone in the class with the teacher. Now we do it without the teacher. There were 4 paragraphs. First me and my buddy, Max Mulholland had to find the important word in the paragraph and then write the summary, and the sentence had to be under 12 words. Then put the paragraph into a small sentence (under 12 words), I put all of the information in to a different slide and there is a Photo. Now I Blogged about it.
Today Mrs Hickford introduce us to a website called … BLOCKOUT! It was so fun, it was multiplication we practice its actually fun and makes you want to learn multiplication, i played it with Mrs Hickford and i won because she got all the low numbers and i got all the high numbers! Today my school had a top team challenge. I got so wet and cold it was super FUN!!!

The games were fun this is some games.
My favourite was when some people had to hold holes and the other people tip water in the pipe and if you didn’t hold the holes the water went out you had to get the water to the top>
On the 14th of March 2024 a basketball team came to my school and they are the Manawatu Jets.
They are from North Island and did some skills and dunking on the hoops. They were all very tall and good at basketball.
I also got my bag signed by my favourite one.

In the 1930s there was a lady named Joan Wiffen, was the first person to believe in NZ Dinosaurs. Also the first person to find a fossil! They were going around Gisborne and Rotorua . Here’s the photo.

So this time we did a different game this time called Kleki. Its a drawing game, and it really funny. We had to draw a Superhero.
I liked it, it was fun. try it out. 
We did a game in a app and is called Groove Pizza and it plays music. i did not like it because everybody was making it loud . but it had a good beat.
